Learning from Great Speakers

Cute Kids!

I attended two seminars over the past few days.  One by Jeffrey Gitomer on Friday-  I highly recommend attending one of his programs if you have the chance.  He’s got good content and good ideas delivered with a lot of humor.    The second was by Jill Lublin on Sunday afternoon.   Also a very good speaker with good ideas.

Some common components of each presentation:

Photos of kids in the powerpoint (grandkids, babies, Jill as a kid)– seems to warm up a crowd!

Lots of humor

1, 2, 3 type steps to success (or in the case of Gitomer– 10.5 or so).

My takeaway– good thing I have cute kids I can put in my  next presentation!
